Summary: A clothing store on 125th street in Halrem New York City was the scene of a murder. The owner owed money to the owner of the building and the owner was the local black Pentecostal church. The owner of the store was a white jew american. The church demanded the rent and the owner could not pay it off. THe attacker carried a fake ID. The mayor said that it was an economic dispute that was subverted by race.

Quotes: "According to Mr. Shange, Mr. Harari told him that he would have to leave when his lease expired at the end of 1995, unless he paid more rent." "Another party central to the dispute was a predominantly black Pentecostal church that owned the building and had been aggressively striving to maximize the return on its land holdings." "Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani characterized the dispute as an economic disagreement that was subverted by people with a racial agenda."

Opinion: I believe that the police didn't investigate the crime throughly. I don't believe that the church has anything to do with this that the crime was a common robbing a store. This is what the evidence proves so far and I believe this is the beginning of crime rate going up.
